Making Media That Matters is a filmmaking program for girls and young women to develop critical thinking, learn storytelling, the skills and the tools to create their own media content, and become agents of social change through film.

A week-long filmmaking program to learn about social justice issues, the skills and tools of filmmaking, and make media that matters.

The HWF Youth Council is a group of young, motivated people who are committed to amplifying the mission of HWF to advocate for women and girls to tell their stories through film. 

Filmmaking workshops to learn the skills and tools of filmmaking in a safe and supportive environment.
