Mentor girl scouts in the pre-production, production, and post-production phases in producing a CPR PSA.

Under the tutelage of talented Gabby Fa‘a‘iuaso, each girl participated in the entire process of storyboarding, filming and editing the film, each with an assigned a role and responsibility. […]  Gabby was an exceptionally patient and inspiring mentor. She taught the girls with authority and compassion. The project involved relationships with other community organizations and the experience taught the girls how collaboration brings great minds and energies together to create awesome things. We highly recommend working with Hawai‘i Women in Filmmaking! - Laura Brooks Nuʻuanu Girl Scouts Troop 558

PSA for the Epilepsy Foundation of Hawai'i (2014)

Shoot and produce five short films and one PSA to screen during their annual conference. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Hawaiʻi Women in Filmmaking. For the inception and brainstorming process to the final product, the crew was easily accessible, innovative, creative and a pleasure to collaborate with. […] It’s so amazing what talented young females can do when given the tools and training through Hawaiʻi Women in Filmmaking to creatively raise awareness about the issues in their community. -  Samantha West, Former Executive Director, Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaii
